In automotive we work mainly with development and purchasing at the customer, but we also take care of the logistics and quality items for our principles.

• Central contact person for the customer with on-site presence
• Information (regarding competition, organization and operational processes at the customer, vehicle model and type, etc.)
• Acquisition (new orders, presentation, preparation of quotation, investment negotiation, etc.)
• Order management (price negotiation, change control management, supervision of vehicle series production at the custsomer, etc.)

PROJEKT MANAGEMENT

• Service of all OEM departments
• On-Site coordination and service for projects as well as for quality and logistic issues
• Support of material and component inspections as well as during the PPAP release process
• Attendance and information at SE-Team-Meetings, design meetings, project meetings at OEM
• Change control management
